Training

In-Tend Ltd provides a comprehensive training package for users of the In-Tend Organiser. We currently offer the following standard training courses, delivered by Procurement Professionals, for each of the In-Tend modules, e-Tendering Management, Contracts Management, e-Auction Management:


e-Tendering Management – 3 Day course


Introduction to Tendering - Run a tender through the system from the initial creation of Project right through to Award. Create a Project, adding a Stage and Document Sets; Publishing the Project to the Supplier Site, viewing the Supplier Site, Supplier Returns and Opening Ceremony/Award.

Intermediate Tendering – Day one refresher, OJEU Contract Notice, Clarifications, Correspondence, Questionnaires, Look-up Tables.

Advanced Tendering / Administrator Controls – Covers the added functionalities of the Organiser including Document Storage, Actions, Archiving, Audit and Reporting. We will also run through Administration Controls; Creating Users, Supplier Management, Web Site Preferences and Configuration.

Contracts Management – 2 Day course


Introduction to Contracts – Adding Contracts onto the system by understanding and creating Contract Fields, Contract Templates and Contracts.

Contract Management – Day one refresher. Document Storage, KPI’s, KPI Questionnaire’s

e-Auction Management – 1 Day course

Introduction to e-auctions - All aspects of the auction set up is covered with live auctions run during the course to show the information displayed for both buyers and bidders. Learn how set up and score the Award Criteria at an early stage of the tender process and see how this impacts on supplier bids. The course covers the new Auction Questionnaires and how they manage multiple lot auctions. Understand how suppliers interact with the auction and how to set up the ‘Bid to Win’ with non price criteria auctions.

The In-Tend training courses are for new In-Tend customers having recently purchased the product and existing In-Tend customers purchasing new modules. Training can be delivered at the customer’s location or can be hosted by In-Tend Ltd in our state of the art training suite.

In addition, In-Tend run regular courses for e-Tendering Management, Contracts Management and e-Auctions Management at our training suite suitable for new users or as a refresher for infrequent users. We will also arrange training courses to coincide with the software upgrades (currently twice per annum). These courses are held on behalf of the In-Tend customer base, allowing customers to send delegates to learn about the new functionalities included in the upgrade.

In-Tend Ltd training is delivered with the customer as the primary focus and therefore, we are happy to work with you to create bespoke training courses for your institution to include content specifically tailored to your needs.
