We're always running events such as our well received awareness sessions for suppliers or our In-tend Community Conference that we ran last year in November. Upcoming Events
The rules on EU procurement are very complex and confusing even to the public and utilities sector purchasers who have to apply them.
This full day course examines the stages in the tender processes where the supplier is directly involved - such as expressing interest to a notice published in the Official Journal and submitting a formal bid.
The way contracting bodies have to apply the rules is explained – in order to ensure that all suppliers are treated equally and no supplier is discriminated against.
Topics covered include (but are not exclusive too) :-
The course will be run by Steve Kay who is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and has over 20 years experience in Public Sector procurement. Since January 2007, Steve has been an advisor and trainer in EU procurement legislation and we are delighted to be able to offer Steve’s knowledge to enable you to keep up-to speed with the current legal requirements.
