In-Tend Ltd provides a comprehensive training package for users of the In-Tend Organiser. We currently offer the following training courses for each of the In-Tend modules, e-tendering management, contracts management (CX), e-auction management (AB):

The In-Tend training courses are for new In-Tend customers having recently purchased the product and existing In-Tend customers purchasing new modules. Training can be delivered at the customer’s location or can be hosted by In-Tend Ltd upon request.

In-Tend training has been designed with a Train the Trainer approach in mind, enabling customers to carry out any further training to their organisation. However, as resources are often scarce, In-Tend Ltd will also run the module training courses on behalf of the In-Tend customer base, offering customers the ability to send delegates to train with other In-Tend users.

In addition, In-Tend Ltd also runs refresher courses for e-tendering management, contracts management and e-auctions management. Refresher courses can be delivered to existing customers, as a follow up to the module training courses.

In-Tend Ltd will arrange training courses to coincide with the release of new software versions (currently twice per annum). These courses are held on behalf of the In-Tend customer base, allowing customers to send delegates to learn about the new software releases.

We continue to the review the training needs of In-Tend users and are determining the feasibility of other training delivery options.
