How does it work?
Market Engagement is a new Stage Type that combines the Market Engagement Phase and the Procurement Phase into the same project.
The new Stage Type is specifically designed for the following:
- Market Engagement
- Market Survey
- Prior Information
- Market Testing
- Benefit by retaining all historical data in one place to include, Communications, Documentation and Audit.
- Function Automatic Prompts (User) for reopening the Procurement, following the closure of the Market Engagement phase.
- Allows New suppliers joining the same process afterwards, to 'Bypass' the initial Market Engagement and go directly to the Procurement part of the process (e.g SQ/ITT Stages).
